The Happyware "Early Failure Detection Service" (EFDS) enables you to detect failures or breakdowns before they occur! In case of irregularities in the work of a component, your system sends automatically an information as e-mail to our technical support. Our technicians will contact you immediately. The dispatch of a respective spare part will be arranged, short falls will be avoided.
